Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of tickets, bus and coach rides, admissions, merchandise, and other goods and services from Oddusee H.B.C.U (https://oddusee.com/hbcu). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to make a purchase. Certain events, venues, or products may carry their own age or entry requirements, which will be stated at the point of sale.

Orders and confirmation

An order is accepted once we confirm it and process payment. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, in which case we will refund any amount charged. Your ticket, booking confirmation, or the item you purchased is your proof of purchase; please keep it safe, as tickets may be scanned or verified at entry or boarding.

Pricing, taxes, and fees

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may include or add applicable taxes and service or processing fees, which are displayed before you complete checkout. Prices and availability can change at any time before an order is placed.

Payment methods and buy now, pay later

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major debit and credit cards and buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and PayPal Pay in 4. Buy-now-pay-later options are provided by third-party financial companies, not by Oddusee H.B.C.U. Approval, installment amounts, due dates, interest, and any fees are determined solely by that provider and are governed by the agreement you enter into with them. We are not the lender and are not responsible for their credit decisions or account servicing.

Tickets, rides, and entry

Tickets and rides are valid only for the event, route, date, and time shown. You are responsible for arriving on time; for bus and coach rides, please arrive at the departure point before the scheduled time, as vehicles cannot wait for late passengers. We may refuse entry or boarding, or remove any person, for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, or for failure to meet stated entry requirements, without a refund.

Changes and cancellations

Event details, routes, times, performers, and venues may change. If we cancel or materially change an event or ride, your options are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Except as stated there, all sales are final.

Assumption of risk and limitation of liability

Attending events and traveling by bus or coach involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddusee H.B.C.U and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless a different governing law is required for the location where the event or ride takes place.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
