Loop 12 Pharmacy was opened by Dr. Toni Smith, an Oak Cliff native who walked away from 14 years in corporate pharmacy to put an independent back in the neighborhood she grew up in. Her words to FOX 4: “This is my neighborhood. This is where I grew up. These are my people, and there is a need here.” Southern Dallas sits in a documented pharmacy desert, and delivery was built into this shop from day one for patients who cannot physically get to a counter.

Loop 12 Pharmacy fills prescriptions and delivers, which was the whole point of opening here. Listed services also include compounding, immunizations, a walk-in clinic component and handicapped-accessible access, and the pharmacy accepts Medicaid.
