Joe Hardy

Joe Hardy is the Mayor of Boulder City. The mayor presides over the five-member City Council, votes as a member of it and is the ceremonial head of a city that owns its own electric and water utilities and strictly limits growth. Elected citywide to a four-year term; current term ends in 2026, and the seat is on the 2026 ballot.
