Francisco V. Aguilar

Francisco V. Cisco Aguilar is Nevada's Secretary of State and the state's chief elections officer. The office administers and certifies statewide elections, maintains the voter registration system, registers businesses and corporations, oversees notaries and securities regulation, and keeps the state's official records. Elected in November 2022, his four-year term ends in January 2027.
