Amy J. Carvalho

Amy J. Carvalho is the Nevada Board of Regents member for District 12. The 13-member Board of Regents governs the Nevada System of Higher Education, setting policy, tuition and budgets for UNLV, the University of Nevada Reno, the state colleges and the community colleges, and hiring the chancellor and campus presidents. Regents are elected by voters in their district to six-year terms.
