About The Coffee Class
The Coffee Class is a specialty coffee house and scratch bakery bistro founded in 2019 by Kyle Cunningham, a Las Vegas native and UNLV graduate who left careers in quick-service restaurants and real estate to build it. The menu runs from handcrafted espresso drinks and lattes to house-made pastries and full savory breakfast and lunch plates, and the shops are designed as gathering spaces rather than grab-and-go counters. It has grown into several Las Vegas Valley locations, including Eastern Avenue in Green Valley, Henderson's Water Street District and Village Square, plus a sister roastery concept, Horizon Shine Coffee Co.
