About Foreign Exchange Lounge LV
Foreign Exchange Lounge LV is a Black-owned hookah lounge and bar at 200 Hoover Avenue in the Las Vegas Arts District downtown. The lounge offers premium hookah service with bottle and table service, a cocktail menu, DJ programming and reservations for groups. Its debut in the Arts District was covered by local restaurant and nightlife press as a new addition to the downtown lounge scene. Bookings for tables and sections are taken through its own site.
