About Cafe Lola
Cafe Lola is a Parisian-inspired cafe known for its pink-and-floral interiors, lavender lattes, all-day brunch and afternoon tea service. It was co-founded in 2018 in Summerlin by Lin Smith Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes, two former UNLV higher-education professionals who left their jobs to build a hospitality company, and has since expanded across the valley to Henderson, Rainbow, the Forum Shops at Caesars and Allegiant Stadium under the Refined Restaurant Group umbrella. It is one of the most photographed cafes in Nevada and anchors a group that also includes Saint Honore Doughnuts and Beignets.
