Kevin McMahill

Kevin McMahill is the elected Clark County Sheriff and the 8th Sheriff of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the combined city-county agency that polices Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County. The Sheriff runs patrol, investigations and the Clark County Detention Center, sets department policy and budget priorities, and serves as the county's chief law enforcement officer. The office is nonpartisan and carries a four-year term ending in January 2027.
