Nicholas Vaskov

Nicholas Vaskov is the Henderson City Attorney, appointed rather than elected. The office serves as legal adviser to the City Council and all city officers, with a civil division handling contracts, ordinances and litigation and a criminal division prosecuting misdemeanors committed in Henderson, plus a victim advocate unit for domestic violence and other crime victims. He serves at the pleasure of the City Council, so there is no fixed term end.
