These terms cover every ticket, section, table, wristband, package and add-on sold at oddusee.com/shop by Oddusee Media Group Inc. By placing an order you agree to them.

All sales are final

Tickets and packages are not refundable and cannot be exchanged, except as described below.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled, you get a full refund of the ticket price to the card you paid with. We will email you when the refund is sent.

Moved events

If an event moves to a new date, your ticket is good for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, email us within 7 days of the change for a full refund.

Your ticket

Your ticket is emailed to you after checkout. Show it on your phone at the door. Each ticket scans once. Keep it private, because whoever shows it first gets in.

Age and ID

Events that serve alcohol are 21 and up. Bring a valid photo ID. Anyone who cannot show ID will be turned away without a refund.

At the event

The venue and event staff may refuse entry to anyone who breaks venue rules. Tables and sections hold the number of guests listed on the ticket.

Sales tax

Louisiana and Orleans Parish sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
