Stephanie Meyer is the Pinellas County School Board, District 6 (Single-Member). School board members hire and evaluate the superintendent, adopt the roughly $2 billion school budget, set the school tax rate voters approve and decide policy on attendance zones, school construction and closures, discipline and curriculum. District 6 is a single-member seat covering south-central Pinellas, elected only by voters living inside that district.
Term ending November 17, 2026; successor already elected, so the seat is not on the November 3, 2026 ballot
Notes
Meyer did not seek re-election. Nancy Bostock won the open seat in the Aug. 18 primary by 7 votes over Amanda Lord after a machine and a manual recount, and takes office November 17, 2026. Meyer holds the seat until then.
