Mike Harting is the St. Petersburg City Council, District 3. One of eight council members who write city ordinances, approve the mayor’s budget, set property tax rates and vote on rezonings and land deals. District 3 runs through central and northeast St. Pete including the Old Northeast and Crescent Lake areas.
