Lisset Hanewicz is the St. Petersburg City Council, District 4. One of eight council members who write city ordinances, approve the mayor’s budget, set property tax rates and vote on rezonings and land deals. As 2026 Council Chair she also runs the meetings and sets the agenda order. District 4 covers the Shore Acres and Snell Isle side of the city.
