Lisa Cane is the Pinellas County School Board, District 2 (At-Large). School board members hire and evaluate the superintendent, adopt the roughly $2 billion school budget, set the school tax rate voters approve and decide policy on attendance zones, school construction and closures, discipline and curriculum. District 2 is an at-large seat, elected by voters countywide.
