Ken Hagan is the Hillsborough County Commission, District 2. County commissioners set the county budget and property tax rate and make the rules for the unincorporated areas outside Tampa, Temple Terrace and Plant City, covering zoning, growth, roads, parks, fire rescue and social services. This is a single-member district seat, so only voters who live in District 2 elect it.
