Ken Burke is the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller. The clerk keeps the county’s court records, handles child support and traffic payments, issues marriage licenses and records deeds and mortgages. As comptroller the same office is also the county’s accountant and auditor, writing the checks and auditing how commissioners spend money.
