Deborah Figgs-Sanders is the St. Petersburg City Council, District 5. One of eight council members who write city ordinances, approve the mayor’s budget, set property tax rates and vote on rezonings and land deals. District 5 covers much of south-central St. Pete including Childs Park and the Skyway Marina area.
