Brian Scott is the Pinellas County Commissioner, District 2 (At-Large). County commissioners set the county property tax rate, pass the county budget and write ordinances covering unincorporated Pinellas and countywide services like transit, the jail budget, beach renourishment and tourist-tax spending. District 2 is an at-large seat, elected by voters countywide.
