Blaise Ingoglia is the Florida Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer is the state’s money manager: the office pays Florida’s bills, keeps the state’s books and audits how agencies spend tax dollars. The CFO also regulates insurance companies and serves as State Fire Marshal, which makes the job central to Florida’s property-insurance mess.

DeSantis in July 2025 rather than elected, so 2026 is the first time voters weigh in. Tampa Bay tie: he previously held Florida Senate District 11, which includes part of Pasco County, and his resignation triggered the December 2025 special election won by Ralph Massullo.
