Anna Paulina Luna is the U.S. Representative, Florida 13th Congressional District. A member of the U.S. House writes and votes on federal law and on the federal budget, and sits on committees that oversee agencies like FEMA, Medicare and the VA. Each member represents one district of roughly 800,000 people and runs local offices that help constituents with federal casework and with federal grants for the area.

The Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections states that after the 2026 redistricting Pinellas County is covered by congressional districts “13 and 16” (previously 13 and 14), and that nearly 274,000 Pinellas voters got a new congressional district assignment. CD 13 covers the northern and central part of Pinellas.
