Andy Ross is the Mayor of Temple Terrace. The mayor of Temple Terrace presides over the City Council and is the city’s chief elected officer and public face, voting with the council on the city budget, ordinances and zoning. Day-to-day operations are run by an appointed city manager rather than the mayor.
