James Uthmeier is the Florida Attorney General. The Attorney General is Florida’s top lawyer, representing the state in court and defending state laws when somebody sues over them. The office also runs the consumer-protection and Medicaid-fraud units, so it is where you complain about scams, price-gouging and shady contractors.
