Adam Ross is the Pinellas County Tax Collector. The tax collector is the county’s cashier, collecting property taxes and tourist development taxes and passing the money to the schools, cities, county and other taxing bodies. The office also handles driver licenses, vehicle registrations, tags and titles, hunting and fishing licenses and concealed weapon applications.
