Guido Maniscalco is the Tampa City Council, District 2 (elected citywide). City Council writes and votes on Tampa’s ordinances, approves the city budget and sets property tax rates, and signs off on big contracts, rezonings and development deals. This is one of three seats numbered by district but elected by the whole city, so every Tampa voter votes on it.
