One of 60 state representatives; each district elects two, so you have two. They introduce and vote on state legislation and the budget, and sit on the committees where most bills live or die. All revenue and appropriation bills must start in the House. LD 4 covers north-central Phoenix, Paradise Valley and south Scottsdale.
