Kionne L. McGhee is the Miami-Dade County Commissioner, District 9. County Commissioners are the county legislature: they adopt the budget, pass ordinances, set land use and oversee county services. Four-year term ending 2028. Vice Chair of the Board since December 2024. District 9 covers South Dade, including Richmond Heights, Perrine and Homestead.
