Ariana Fajardo Orshan

Ariana Fajardo Orshan is the Chief Judge, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. The Chief Judge administers Miami-Dade’s circuit and county courts, which handle felonies, major civil cases, family, probate, juvenile, misdemeanors and small claims. Two-year term as chief judge ending June 30, 2027. The circuit has 80 circuit judges and 43 county court judges, all elected to six-year terms in nonpartisan races or appointed to vacancies.
