Ralph “Rafael” Rosado

Ralph “Rafael” Rosado is the Miami City Commissioner, District 4. City Commissioners are the city’s legislature: they pass ordinances, adopt the budget, set zoning and confirm top appointees. Serving the remainder of a term ending 2027. Elected in a June 2025 special election to finish the late Manolo Reyes’ term; the seat is on the November 2027 ballot.
