The Golden Arrows are a long-running New Orleans gang led by Big Chief Eugene "Pepe" Esteban, under whom Wallace Pardo served as Spy Boy. When Esteban stepped down in 2004, Wallace Pardo started the Golden Comanche, which his brother Juan Pardo now leads.
