Revolt is the Black music, culture and news network launched in 2013. After founder Sean Combs sold his majority stake in 2024, his shares were redeemed and retired so that employees became the largest shareholder group, a move made specifically to keep the network Black owned. It now operates under parent company Offscript Worldwide, led by CEO Detavio Samuels.

Revolt programs music documentaries, culture talk, business and news series across its cable channel and a heavy YouTube, Instagram and TikTok footprint. Flagship shows include Drink Champs, Assets Over Liabilities and The Blackprint. Production runs out of Revolt Studios in Atlanta. Sister brands under Offscript Worldwide include Rap-Up, 440 Artists, Rebel House, Six Zeros and Revolt Sports.
