Circle City Broadcasting is a television station group founded in 2019 by DuJuan A. McCoy, its owner, president and CEO. Based in Indianapolis, it is one of the very few Black owned companies in the country that holds a Big Four network affiliation, and McCoy was the first African American to own Fox affiliates nationally.

The company operates WISH-TV on The CW, WRTV on ABC, WNDY-TV on MyNetworkTV and WIIH-CD, along with Circulus Digital Media. WISH-TV runs one of the largest local newsrooms in Indiana. Circle City acquired WRTV from E.W. Scripps for 83 million dollars in a deal that closed in March 2026, expanding Black broadcast ownership in the nation twenty fifth largest television market.
