Maura A. Hennigan

Suffolk Superior Court has two separately elected clerks. The Clerk for Criminal Business keeps the records and dockets for felony criminal cases, manages jury lists and case scheduling, and is where the public obtains criminal case files. Hennigan is a former Boston City Councillor.
