Ruthzee Louijeune

At-Large councillors represent the whole city rather than one neighborhood, and every Boston voter picks four of them. They vote on the budget, city ordinances and confirmations. Louijeune, a civil rights attorney, served as Council President in the previous term and was re-elected citywide in November 2025 through January 2028.
