Miniard Culpepper

District 7 covers Roxbury and parts of the South End, Dorchester and Fenway. The councillor votes on the city budget and local laws and represents the district at City Hall. Culpepper, a longtime Roxbury pastor and former federal housing attorney, won the seat in the 2025 election; term runs through January 2028.
