Total Food and Pharmacy sits on Ralph David Abernathy Blvd in Atlanta’s West End — a licensed pharmacy and a neighborhood store in the same building. You can pick up a prescription, hit the ATM, grab an Amazon locker package and walk out with exotic snacks and drinks. The store side stays open until midnight every day, which makes it one of the more useful late-night stops in the West End.
Services
On the pharmacy side they do compounding, prescription delivery, immunizations, unit-dose and blister packaging, long-term care services, house calls, and Medication Therapy Management that includes DNA and pharmacogenomic testing to match medications to the patient. They run cost-savings programs and carry over-the-counter items, vitamin supplements and medical supplies. Their stated mission is to “enhance the local community by providing excellent pharmaceutical care services, health care products and specialized compounded medications” in collaboration with other health care providers. The pharmacy counter runs Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while the convenience store side stays open until midnight daily.
