Redan Community Pharmacy & Medical Supplies was started by pharmacists who walked away from chain retail after a combined 20-plus years to build something different on Redan Road in Stone Mountain. In their own words, they wanted a pharmacy that “doesn’t just dispense medications, but also fosters a sense of trust and connection.” It is a full pharmacy and a medical supply house under one roof.

Redan handles new prescriptions, refills and transfers, Medication Therapy Management, med sync, and their own “Redan Packs” multi-dose adherence packaging. They serve long-term care, assisted living and hospice facilities, and stock durable medical equipment, urology and ostomy supplies, vitamins, herbals, CBD and pet medications. What stands out is how much they give away free — free blood pressure monitoring, free blood sugar monitoring, free pharmacist consultation and free delivery, plus shipping. They also do vaccinations and accept Medicaid. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, closed Sunday.
