Old Nat Pharmacy

Old Nat Pharmacy is a Black woman-owned independent pharmacy on the Old National Highway corridor in College Park, and it has become a lifeline on the Southside. When CVS and Walgreens closed locations on the same stretch, Old Nat stepped up and kept the neighborhood filled. Founder and pharmacist Linda Davis opened it in 2023 with a line the staff still use: “We don’t just call ourselves a pharmacy, we’re a pharmily.” With Super Bowl LXII coming to Atlanta in 2028 and South Fulton growing fast, this is exactly the kind of neighborhood pharmacy the Southside needs.

Services

Old Nat fills new prescriptions, refills and transfers, and does non-sterile compounding for customized medications when a standard dose won’t work. They give immunizations, run blood pressure screenings, and do medication adherence packaging for patients juggling several prescriptions at once. Free home delivery is available on orders of two or more prescriptions, with same-day or next-day options, and they offer payment plans to keep medications affordable. The team — pharmacists Tasha and Karine with technicians Doris, Stacey and Ann — carries over 20 years of combined experience and specializes in tracking down hard-to-find medications. Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (closed 1:30 to 2:00 PM for lunch) and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, closed Sunday.
