Founded in 1867, Morehouse is the nation’s only historically Black liberal arts college for men and the alma mater of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Its historic campus is part of the Atlanta University Center Historic District.
Visitor Info
Visitors can see the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel, the King statue and Graves Hall, the college’s oldest building from 1889. The campus is a walkable National Register historic district.
