Comfort Pharmacy & Compounding Services has anchored the Redan corridor of Stone Mountain since 2008, founded by CEO Osarhieme Igbinoba-Okojie, a St. John’s College of Pharmacy graduate with more than 30 years behind the counter. It is one of the most full-service Black-owned independents in DeKalb County — a real compounding lab, a diabetic care center and a drive-thru, all in one neighborhood shop. Service is offered in English and Spanish.
Services
Comfort runs both human and veterinary compounding, so pet medications can be made to the right strength and flavor on site. Their diabetic care center pairs education with supplies, and they provide immunizations, home medical equipment, multi-dose compliance packaging for complex regimens, and one-on-one pharmacist consulting. Patient conveniences include a drive-thru window, curbside prescription pickup, an online refill portal, a mobile app, a drug search and a pill identifier. They accept most major insurance plus Medicare and Medicaid, and take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, closed weekends and major holidays.
