The kitchen plates American cuisine with an Asian influence, from hand-cut Angus ribeyes and center-cut filet mignon to baby back ribs and Atlantic salmon, with weekend brunch served Saturday and Sunday 10:30am to 3pm and a house seasoning and rib rub sold retail.
