Red’s BBQ is a family-run barbecue truck started in 2018 by brothers Joshua and Christian Jackson and named for their father, who ran a restaurant in Baton Rouge. The truck serves slow-smoked meats and loaded dinner platters including candied fried chicken, smoked lamb chops, St. Louis-style ribs, pulled pork and Cajun grilled shrimp with Southern and Creole sides. It parks outside the brothers’ steakhouse, Roam.
