Jerk Hut Island Grille is a Jamaican restaurant group owned by Andrew Ashmeade, with the flagship on East Fowler Avenue near the University of South Florida and additional locations in Seminole Heights, downtown Tampa and South Tampa. The kitchen serves jerk chicken and pork, curry goat, oxtail, brown stew fish and Caribbean sides such as rice and peas, plantains and festival, with live music and events at some locations.
