Bruh Man’s BBQ is a weekend-only barbecue operation run by owner Cory Taylor from a food truck and adjacent kitchen on East Busch Boulevard near Busch Gardens. A pair of large smokers works behind the counter, and the kitchen turns out two-meat combination plates with classic sides. Seating is casual and outdoors under a car wash canopy. Service runs Saturdays and Sundays from late morning until the food sells out.
