Coasis is a restaurant, bar and event space on North Nebraska Avenue in Old Seminole Heights, opened in March 2023 by chef Melissa Gardner and Brandi Gergle. The kitchen works in a Southern fusion style, and the room functions as an upscale dining space in the evening and a bar and music venue later. It also hosts private events and offers weekend daytime service.
