Indie Noir Market is a Tampa Bay marketplace and business-development platform for Black-owned businesses, artists and creatives, founded in 2017. It runs pop-up markets at rotating venues across the region, including Ybor City and Seminole Heights, and produces the annual BIGFest celebration each August during National Black Business Month.
