Our Chef
As a native New Orleanian, my journey to founding LaCuisine is deeply personal. Growing up in a city ,like New Orleans, I was exposed to diverse people, cultural traditions of black masking Indians and the sounds of brass bands that can be heard throughout the city along with tantalizing aromas and flavors of Creole and Cajun Cuisine. The creative ideas sparked my passion for cooking while learning cooking secrets from my grandmother. LaCuisine journey started with the idea to offer a taste of New Orleans through WALK- and -EAT foods that capture the richness flavors of the city. While displaying the power of food to unite ALL.
