Funnel Cake Miami

If you crave it, we make it, is the pitch at Funnel Cake Miami, a mobile dessert truck that builds fair-style funnel cakes piled with ice cream, candy, cereal and fruit. Signatures include the Deluxe with Nutella, condensed milk, almonds and cookies-and-cream ice cream, the Chocolate Craze, Banana Jamma and Strawberry Shortcake alongside a Classic. It runs Thursday through Sunday evenings out of South Miami-Dade, with regular Food Truck Friday stops in Cutler Bay.
