I remember the first time I saw the truck. I could smell the hot sausage and jambalaya from across the lot, and I knew right away: whoever owns this food truck is from New Orleans. Their names are Jonnessa and Maurice — and I love seeing New Orleans people doing great things in other major cities, especially Atlanta.
