The City of New Orleans generates billions of dollars in tourism revenue each year. The Black locals who are really doing the hardest work that makes the city special are not getting their fair share of the pie. What is the reason behind that? It’s the lack of an information hub that caters to them. When the tourists come to town, they have to rely on Yelp and Google for the local Black-owned spots. The problem is that they filter us in with other businesses that are not black-owned. Oddusee Nola is here to fix that by providing a platform that features Black-owned bars, lounges, food trucks, pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants. We invite community members and Black business owners to visit [website link]<\/a> to register, share their stories, and list their businesses to help grow our collective support. What about information on how to join the group and the fundraisers? Tourists can come to support your functions if you list them on Oddusee Nola. Oddusee Nola has a feature on the site that can help you all with that. One of the best features is the clubs’ parade route. It lists all the stops and details about your event. Transportation providers, your presence on Oddusee Nola is essential to us. Listing your company helps you stand out against Uber and Lyft. With six transportation companies already listed on our platform, being listed helps tourists find your services more easily. Oddusee Nola supports Black-owned transportation options and can boost your visibility.\u00a0<\/p>

Transportation department, I also need your attention. I see your post in the groups about offering rides. Again, please get listed on the site. It’s us against Uber and Lyft. Oddusee Nola has 6 Transportation companies listed. When you separate from the batch, you may be deprioritized. Please note that Google and Yelp will not put you at the top if tourists search\u00a0for Black-owned transportation options. However, Oddusee Nola welcomes you.\u00a0<\/p>

Clothing Stores, Boutiques, PMUA, Barbers, Salons, and Hair Vendors. Oddusee Nola really needs y’all to come together as well. Our guests need to stay sharp.
